Most guests arrive a day or more earlier since the tour will begin in the morning.

We will pick you up at your hotel at 10AM if you arrive in Ljubljana a few days prior to the tour; otherwise, we will pick you up at the Ljubljana airport at 11AM. Our first stop after a short transfer is the Skocjan Caves Regional Park, one of Slovenia's most stunning natural attractions and a part of the UNESCO World Heritage list. You will visit the greatest underground river canyon in the world which is known for its enormous dripstone formations, underground rapids and lakes. Our next stop will be Lipica Stud Farm, the birthplace of the Lipizzaners and one of the oldest stud farms in the world to admire elegant white horses.

Next, we will go to Slovenia's most picturesque winegrowing region, Goriska Brda. Take your time exploring the tourist farm, the vineyards, swim in the pool, or simply enjoy the breathtaking views with a glass of wine.

Enjoy a welcome dinner and wine pairing in the evening. Getting to know everyone in this way is enjoyable and simple. We will visit the family's wine cellar after dinner. The owner will teach you how they produce a wide variety of top-notch certified organic wines while still upholding a long-standing legacy of winemaking techniques.

It is a culinary experience that you will never forget!

After lunch, we will explore the picturesque hillside town with a fascinating past. In one of Slovenia's sunniest districts, explore the old streets, squares, and other attractions while sipping local wine.

We will travel to a tourist farm at a height of more than 1000 meters, where specific procedures are used to produce individual batches of cheese. Each one has a unique story. The stunning view of the Vipava Valley will fascinate you before dinner.

One of Slovenia's oldest cellars may be found in the center of Goriska Brda, inside a chateau that dates back to the 13th century. It presently serves as the home of a family-run winery that is most renowned for its award-winning sparkling wines, which are produced using age-old techniques. While taking a tour of the wine cellar, you will taste the assortment of sparkling wines.
